Initial Consultation (approx 1 hour) Free

Following Sessions (approx 1 hour) £50.00
I offer a discount for 10 pre-paid sessions £450.00

Anti - Smoking Session (approx 1 hour 30 mins) £120.00

During the Initial Consultation we will discuss how the brain works and why we suffer from the things we do.
We will discuss how many appointments may be required to treat your specific issue and you will be given a CD to take away to listen to every night before your next appointment.

A rough guide is :

Anxiety / depression approx 8 / 12 sessions
Phobias approx 4 sessions
Anti - smoking 1 session
Weight management 10 + sessions
