Gastric band Hypnotherapy comprises of 3 to 4 sessions.

1st visit - The initial consultation followed on by session 1 if you wish to procede
Information gathering, getting to know you in order to tailor therapy to your individual needs.If you are happy to continue with the course of treatment, the initail consultation is followed by;
Session 1
Metabolism-explanation and advice
Hypnosis-explanation and a short session to ease you into the comfort of hypnosis and allow your subconscious mind to start to accept powerful suggestions.
Advice on daily habits
You will be asked to keep a comprehensive food diary and you will be given a personal CD to listen to every day before the next appointment.

ALLOW 2 HOURS FOR THESE COMBINED SESSIONS

Session 2
A clearing session-releasing any deep seated underlying psychological issues under hypnosis. You will have already started to lose weight at this stage.
You will be given another Cd to listen to for the next 10 days.

Session 3
The gastric band placement. this will be recorded and you will be given the CD to take away and listen to for the next 21 days. you will also be given a suggested diet sheet and post placement instructions.

Session 4
The adjustment. under hypnosis, the positioning of the band may be 'tweeked' as needed.
Clients are able to return for this appointment should need but rarely find it neccessary.

Hypnotherapy weight loss management helps by teaching you how to take back control and regulate your eating habits to achieve the results you want, educating the subconscious on how, why and when we should eat. Often there can be underlying anxiety issues that may be preventing the willpower from achieving the desired results.
When the subconscious agrees with the goals, then
long-term weight control can be achieved.
