Questions

WILL I REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED DURING HYPNOSIS?
Yes, as you are not put to sleep or made unconscious you will remember all that goes on.

IS IT DANGEROUS?
No, there is absolutely no danger at all.

CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTISED?
Yes, anyone can be hypnotized, but only if they are willing to be, during hypnosis you cannot be made to do or say anything that you feel you don't want to or you feel is morally wrong for you.

WILL YOU BE ABLE TO MAKE ME DO THINGS I DON'T WANT TO?
Absolutely not! You are aware of everything and remain so throughout, you retain ultimate control and should you feel uncomfortable at all you will always have the ability to get up and leave - but this won't happen!

HOW WILL HYPNOSIS CHANGE THE WAY I FEEL?
You may not notice dramatic changes at first as change is subtle, but over time you will notice that you handle situations in a more controlled, less stressed way. Others around you may be the ones to point these changes out to you. You will feel happier, more relaxed and find life more enjoyable.

DO I NEED TO SEE MY DOCTOR FIRST?
If you currently have a medical condition, continue to take your G.P's advice and prescribed medication. I may seek permission from you to write to your Doctor and liaise with them over treatment. We both should be informed regarding respective treatments.
